What is being elected in Takeley
Takeley is one of the 22 wards of Uttlesford District Council. It covers Takeley, Little Canfield, Broxted and Chickney and elects three district councillors (out of 39 across the district). At the next local elections on 6 May 2027, all three seats in this ward are up for election, and each elector has up to three votes. Every town and parish council in the ward is elected on the same day.
